Setting the pole lap in the draft behind Pat Sandlin and Jim Drago at the May 2012 Road Atlanta National. Unfortunately the radiator hose blows off and I almost spin in my own coolant. This is THE most mental race I’ve had so far! Side by side everywhere (and not just because the other guy is blocking me, like in the past, but because we are really fighting), lead swaps, and one of the closest photo finishes in a while. Awesome race! See the start and then jump to 9′15″. After that it’s wheel to wheel all the way to the end.
