Autocross 2011 SASCA #11 – boosted s2k & Miata

Co-drove Justin’s supercharged s2k putting down ~320whp. I also drove my Miata afterwards for shits & grins. I was surprised my Miata was only half a second off of my run in Justin’s s2k but I believe a major proponent of that was that he’s still on stock suspension while my Miata is set up nicely on 550/350 Ground Controls and sway bars.
PCA Autocross on 9/11/11 in Oklahoma City. We all get together once a month and track our cars on a rented-out Sheriff’s Track. Main goal is to learn how to handle your car and have a good time. And of course some friendly competition! 2011 Autocross SASCA #8 – 42 / 142 STR Honda S2000

SASCA’s #8 Event of the 2011 Season. Troy co-drive with me today being his first time in a Honda S2000. Ton of fun had despite the tires have been losing grip over the past 2 months. I placed 4th out of 6th in STR and was around 17 in PAX out of ~70. This was also my 2nd course design; but 1st design at this lot.

Spokes’ 6th event of the 2011 Season. I took 1st place in STR and was 11th place overall out of 84 entries, 12th in PAX.

2011 Southwest Divisional #2. Jason’s MX5 was still down so he co-drove with me today. He took me by 0.029 seconds on day one but I edged out by 0.609 seconds on day two. I was only a tenth or so off of 1st place after day two. 2nd place feels great though. ^_^ Day 1 was more of a transitional course while Day 2 was definitely a sweeper course which is why I think I was able to beat Stan’s Day 2 time against his prepped MX5. Thanks to everyone that helped set this event up. I had a blast and it seems like everyone else did too. =)

Hid halo kit. Vorsteiner gts front bumper. Vorsteiner rear trunk and rear diffuser. ADV1 rims. Lowered on KW3 coilovers. Full exhaust system with cat delete xpipe. Short throw shifter. Pulleys and a tune. It has a supercharger with meth, matte black front kidney grills and tinted matte black side grills. Blackline tail lights.
