Ramadan Night Autocross,first heat rpm limiter set at 8400,that equates to 65 mph in second gear which to my surprise after waching this video was achieved in 3 seconds with a fairly normal launch,second heat which is included in this clip i raised the limiter to 9800 to eliminate using 3rd gear.This slalom race was fun as there was a donut and a couple of handbrake turns involved.be patiant as the second round is much better then the first.
A “track day” (with time trial and relay race) by Connecticut Autocross and Rally Team (CART) at Pocono North on August 2009. Great event. Watch for my spin at about 1:30 in the video (a car spun in front of me). Most of the video is from my rear-facing camera (a “Flip” sold state camcorder). The car is my bone-stock ‘00 Miata daily driver (with top down all day….even during the heavier rains).
