Porsche enters the track without stopping and unaware of the SM. Porsche with a passenger was running about 2-minute laps (59’s or maybe faster earlier in the day) very slow in all the technical areas. The SM was running 1.51’s / 1.52’s but kept getting trapped by the big jumps of the Porsche on the straights then loses all momentum in the carrousel with the Porsche holding the pace 15 to 20 mph slower through that section and about 10 to 15 mph on exit at the bus stop. No flaming please …

Here is another view. Just a racing incident that we can all learn from. There are many things that could have been done better to avoid this by all involved. That’s racing. We’ll be better tomorrow.
