Barber Motorsports Park Spec Miata Lap Record Pace Danny Steyn 2010

September 2010 – Danny Steyn runs three consecutive laps under his own Spec Miata Lap Record at Barber Motorsports Park. The lap times in these three laps are 1.47.425, 1.47.163, and 1.47.324 Llater in the day, Danny backed up his performance, setting a new ISM lap record in the Pro-IT race. The new lap record is now 1.47.377
This is a short video I threw together for our COM320 final presentation. “The Cone Warriors” is the name of our group, just in case you were wondering. The song is LA Riot’s remix of “Automatic” by Weezer, and can be found in Gran Turismo 5: Prologue for the PS3.
This is a short autocross montage I shot in the summer of 2010 in Kentucky at the University of Louisville. I only recorded the first half of the event because I didn’t want to get more sunburned than I already did from the morning. While this isn’t true HDR it has a similar look. My brother Ryan also ran the camera for some shots.
