Road Atlanta Pole Lap Spec Miata – May National 2012

Setting the pole lap in the draft behind Pat Sandlin and Jim Drago at the May 2012 Road Atlanta National. Unfortunately the radiator hose blows off and I almost spin in my own coolant. Could have been worse. Thanks to OPM for a great car build, Rossini Racing Engines for an awesome engine, Traqmate for the data, and Adept Studios for their assistance

First race of the 2012 season at the Autobahn Country Club, not exactly a good start. But another helpful experience that will help me in the long run. I started 20th out of 30 cars and was running 13th when the crash occurred. Now we know what me and the car are capable of and what I expect to do from now on. Please comment and write what you think should be improvements or your opinion on the crash.
