Fastest time of day complete with so much wheel spin that the driver thought the clutch was slipping.

Is that significant anti-Ackermann or is the camera lens fooling me?

@ffrgtm: Back to back runs do make a big difference. However, our strategy of immediate staging is no different than anyone else’s. It’s our on track strategy that is significant.

@SeeDougRun No I actually haven’t ever been to one. I know at the autocrosses I go to if you wait until all the cars have done their runs then you can run through almost back to back at the end. I was just curious is this was allowed or how you can possibly work yourself into one of these situations. Sorry not trying to imply you were favored by judges, just saying your strategy of back to back runs probably made a big difference

@ffrgtm We were not favored by anyone affiliated by FSAE. Thanks for your concern. Every team had the chance to stage immediately after the run; no advantage and completely fair.

@SeeDougRun …..on hot tires… how many teams had that advantage? I wasn’t there just curious how often a car gets to do two back to back runs… doesn’t seem very fair.
