from looking at the vid it seems that it would b hard to navigate. In truth it is really easy. B4 the race u can drive the course slowly with ur car or n this case u can walk it. the way the camera is angled also makes t difficult to c the cones. I watched these vids and i thought it would b hard but it was really easy wen i got there

Not to worry, the less cones placed the easier to navigate. Seems counterintuitive. Nevertheless, few cones = less visual clutter = easier to navigate.

I don’t get this whole autocross flat-landing via cones thing–I feel that I’d go off-course and get so damn lost in that sparsely laid out assortment of cones that’d I’d have to ask the corner worker for directions back to the course lol
When they lay out a bunch of cones its cool, but many times I’m watching vids like this and I’m like “where the fuck is the next corner” lol.
Maybe it just hard to see the layout on the crappy Youtube resolution. I gotta try this sometime, looks fun.

Nice vid. I wish we had long courses like that in Philly region. Check out my vids.

Courses like that make me wish I could come out there with my F125 shifter and run. Damn me for being onthe east coast…
