Tuason Racing School held a special test-drive for the Ford Club of the Philippines for the 2007 Ford Focus tdci. My 0:44:71 was the best time of the day for a non-instructor, but I cheated… I had extra practice.

This was with a stock car. Tuason Racing has set up a local Cup series with the diesel cars. They’re still being chip-tuned as we speak, so output is not finalized. So far, it’s suspension mods, brake pads, and lightening. Stock drivetrain, stock clutch.
The diesel clutches are strong mothers… one held up through a 4 hour enduro with no issues.

Rev it to 2500 rpm (Biboy Vargas is of the opinion 2700 is still good), then drop the clutch and modulate the wheelspin.
It’s a manual. Six speed.
