Tracking the Yaris would have been lots more fun.

Giving a little sub titles or names is not what I call “graphics” if you watched FLD much they get stupid “music videos” and “economic downturn” graphics blah, blah, blah.

Putting somebodies name maybe writing which track what car you have whatever is great it can prevent confusion and whatever else. its the STUPID stuff that irritates me.

we may get ourselves some graphics, although they won’t be silly, they will just be there because sometimes you want to be able to identify someone easier.

but yes, we are relaxed because we produce exactly what we want to produce how we want to produce it.

To be honest untill now I’m liking this show better than g419 its more relaxed natural interviews without silly graphics. NNN has got some good channels but they are over produced quite often if that makes any sense.

is this at el toro?? also where are you guys based out of now that you are TST?

Theres a video out there of a MAN Cab-Over drifting around a track with an M3…it’s pretty cool.

Awesome stuff keep it up I definitely like it better than FLD.

How come you didn’t just stay with Garage 419? Maybe I’m missing a story or two here…

You guys def need to spread the word, the only reason I found this is because I wanted to see if G419 had any updates so I went on Final Gear and found this channel. If you can get people to subscribe and get it all going, it would be really cool.

If you want to get a lot of subscribers, ask kassemg, he watches fld, but i dont know if he watched garage 419.

And you guys could also put annotations in your videos, and in the info thing, telling people to subscribe

The problem with FLD is that it’s boring as fuck to make. And those guys make it because it’s what they get paid to do, and they have their audience. But I work for myself, so I’d rather do something that’s actually fun, like make The Smoking Tire. If I had another editor intern, I would make my own version of FLD, but I don’t know anyone who wants to work that much for free.

You guys should start doing daily car news without the crappy puns, bad graphics and lame commentary of FLD I’d rather see just strait up car news and somebody presenting it who actually knows enough about cars not to go out and buy a Cobalt SuperShit

besides that I got banned from all NNN just for advertising for the smoking tire on old G419 and new FLD videos. XD

Because when were doing garage419, we had a staff of 6 and regular weekly paychecks from a company. Now, we have a staff of 3 (including me) and we all have to do other gigs on the side to pay bills until we get enough subscribers and advertisers to make The Smoking Tire self sustaining. Hopefully within 6 months to a year TST will be fully profitable and I can hire more people and put out more videos.
